I’ve been trying to get a membership at the Ridley branch since May 19th , it is now July 12th and going on 2 months. I filled out the application and emailed all the documents that were required and the billing specialist barely responds, and obviously doesn’t check her emails. When she finally reached out for the second time two days ago she said that I never emailed her my documents, and I have the emails as proof that I did on first day I filled out the application 5/19. I immediately loved the Ridley YMCA daycare, from my first walkthrough. It’s clean, secure and the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I had both of my daughters attend this daycare from ages 1-5. They learned great social skills and both placed well above the grade average in skills like reading and writing. The staff help with potty training, and are very approachable. My girls even learned how to swim at the Y! They loved it, I loved it, I literally have zero complaints. 10/10.

Both of my daughters attend this YMCA Early Learning Program and I couldn’t be happier with the care, attention, and love they receive each day. The staff is nurturing, professional, and genuinely invested in each child’s growth and well-being. It gives me such peace of mind knowing my girls are in a safe, supportive, and enriching environment. My kids have been with the Ridley y since the beginning. I’ve watched them grow into smart, respectful little humans and I couldn’t be more proud. I love all the crafts/keepsakes they do, the swim sessions, the concerts but most importantly, i’m proud of the education that they received throughout the years.
