Just wanted to share my experience with E Bikes for Life today. My wife and I purchased two e-bikes from them last August, and they’ve both been fantastic. Unfortunately, one of the bikes recently developed a fault. I dropped the bikes off this morning at 11am, and by 2pm I received a call to say it was already repaired. The issue was diagnosed as a failed driver, which was replaced completely free of charge under warranty. The service was absolutely outstanding.
