At the beginning they the entire staff seemed to be working hard to help me with my son’s estate. Promising Sheila is a bulldog. She doesn’t take crap. Then a mysterious illness befell Sheila. No more responses to emails voice messages or phone calls. I can’t recall a single service I paid for except their time answering emails. I highly recommend Shelia Ridgway and her paralegal Robin. I was referred to (3) attorney offices and I found this office to be the most knowledgeable and definitely the most compassionate . Although I did retain another attorney before I spoke with Sheila, I am definitely most impressed with her expertise, and business ethics. My probate mess is just getting started and I’m not thrilled with the attorney I did retain. Ridge way law group is horrible, they got ahold of my wife’s father’s estate and after a year and a half the lawyer quit so then another lawyer took over the case only to stretch it out for another several months. Every time it’s “ we need to send this document or we need to send another letter Or we need more bank statements it goes on and on, we still don’t have closure on the estate. Do not use them !!!
