I love this branch! No disrespect to my branch on Hillside though because they are lovely too. Tomeka and Alix saved my financial life! My job pays by physical check and does not do direct deposit. I went to the Citibank that they bank with and opened up their account with, and they told me that my check was NOT on file and that they would not cash my check.
