I really enjoy the coin machine they hv at the branch. It’s really easy to use and no more warping coins. All the employees are nice, received their calls for all the updates and follow ups. Def. It’s one of my #1 local bank. I hv my personal checking and saving acct there, will open my business accts with them soon or later.
Excellent staff members. Great customer service.
I was there to open a business acct and a personal acct, gave them all the docs, they said they need to submit to underwriter or manager to approve, but never heard it from them for months. So I hv to call them to find out what happened.
