Ridgewood Savings Bank 2.5/5 Their customer service is generally decent. Bankers tend to remember my name as well as my family. However I've encountered a major issue with their handling of check deposits that has been quite frustrating. Checks that I thought were deposited months ago were, in fact, not deposited at all, leading to a lot of confusion and issues with my finances. Terrible Bank. I am a senior citizen who had fraud in perpetuated in one of accounts. Despite numerous phone calls, one month later the bank has not credited my account. I have had to go to a food bank and have not had money to buy my medications. The reason is because of the asinine and totally incompetent Ridgewood Savings Bank employees and branch manager.
At this branch everyone is super helpful and pleasant. Kathy Solero is very knowledgeable. I appreciate their competent service.
