Biased and unprofessional workers. An hispanic dark ‘worker’ that was dressed like any other person in her coat and had food in her hands, looked at my husband from head to toe and demanded my husband only to stand outside and wait to use the ATM. She didn’t speak politely at all, just like a random person in the street. She didn’t say for what reason and didn’t identify herself as an employee. Disgusting way to treat a male customer. Another customer was inside and agreed that was uncalled for.
I came into the Crosby Avenue Branch recently, inquiring about opening up a Checking Account.I walked into the bank and was greeted with a warm welcome and assisted me with whatever questions I had with opening a new account.The staff was very professional and provided me with excellent customer service.I definitely recommend this branch with all your banking needs.
Disappointing Experience at Ridgewood Bank - Crosby Branch Today, July 11, 2023, I was searching nearby banks for opening a new business account for PS 071, the new PTA board. I went today with my sister about 1:20pm to open a new accnt. There was a female representative by the entrance area. She didn’t greet us or nothing. We told her we want to open an account. Without introducing herself, she’s asking us if we have 2 pieces of ID, credit card and $25. I was confused and lost why she even asking us for all this when we haven’t set in an office or go over their options. I love the Crosby branch. My home branch is closer but this branch is more convenient. The staff is AMAZING! They are pleasant, courteous, and professional and always provide great customer service
