I had an excellent experience at Ridgewood Savings Bank. Branch Manager Jessie personally assisted me with great warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail. Assistant Manager Mirela and Supervisor Linda were also incredibly supportive. The entire team was professional, caring, and made me feel truly valued. Outstanding service!
Csilla was extremely helpful when assisting me with opening a CD account. She was knowledgeable, professional, and very efficient. Since I had limited time and needed to return to work, she kindly expedited the process and made everything quick and smooth. I truly appreciated her help and excellent customer service. We were warmly welcomed by Mirela Cirikovic, who provided exceptional assistance throughout our visit. She is incredibly professional and polite, taking the time to answer all of our questions. As first-time visitors to the bank, Mirela thoroughly explained the services we were interested in, such as checking accounts, safety deposit boxes, wire transfers, and more. Great bank. Helpful and patient employees. Has many programs for families. Great children's savings accounts as well as HS and College plans.
