Great bank. Helpful and patient employees. Has many programs for families. Great children's savings accounts as well as HS and College plans.
I've been banking there for almost a year and I love it, they have really good interest rates, great service, and they treat their customer like family. I'm mostly come there all because of the coin machine. And even if you're not a customer, it's cheap to use at only 9% fee. I come all the way from staten island on the bus Just to go to that bank and get things done. I wish they have build ridgewood savings bank staten island for convenience but at the same time, I don't hesitate of taking the bus to in brooklyn.
Best bank. Everyone seems very helpful and polite. I was welcomed and helped by the manager Jasmina. She is extremely helpful and made sure i was happy and satisfied
