Hello I was in Ridgwood saving bank and the tellers were rude to me because I’ve closed my accounts they said to me don’t go to Ms linda because she’s busy and I’ve was called by Ms linda to sign paperwork also the bank doesn’t have convenient location Ms Linda and Mr Jhon including Ms Maria are the best.

Had a wonderful experience in Ridgewood savings bank today. Everyone was so polite and friendly. Linda Ivey was so kind and helpful. She was also very informative and gave me the information and contacts that I needed.
I would never come back to this branch. I only came here because it was closest to my job. I had to present three forms of identification, just to make a non substantial withdrawal. While the teller was polite, the manager was absolutely grotesque and did not even feign politeness or an introduction. The interaction was enough to only go to the branch next to my home or switch to a new financial institution entirely.
