It is best to bank with another institution that has employees who are properly trained in banking and don't rely on antiquated ways.
They lost a check and made up a story then they lie about calling me I can’t trust this bank anymore
Some service representatives are very unfriendly. Especially the Indian looking lady in the middle. Looks like you are bothering her by being their. No hi or goodbye. I blame the manager for hiring them in the first place.
