I've been with the Sedgwick branch bank for 22 years, and have never had a problem. They are honest & efficient. I moved to FL and chose to stay with them because of their excellent customer service. The managers & assistant managers are great, as well as all the tellers. A special thanks to Sharon Forde for going the extra mile with some of my personal banking.
I don’t have an account here. Was recommended by someone to go get something notarized. The bank door was closed and people were in there. The tellers were having conversations inside there stations. The security guard opened the door and started asking me why I was here what help do I need. I asked her I’m here to speak to one of them about getting something done. She was to much in the business. It was just annoying. They do not have anyone Spanish in there to read things for Spanish customers.
