This is a wonderful nursing facility where they care for the patients and family request and wishes. The doctors, staff, nurses manager Jose and now James are all exceptional. Thankyou for making our family member feel at home and your compassionate care and smiles makes us very happy. I would recommend this facility to all. The staff is wonderful here! Everyone is welcoming, friendly, and very accommodating. My grandmother has been here for several months and we are so impressed with the care she has been receiving here. It is endearing to see the way the nurses and aides interact with her. They treat her like she is one of their own family members, even learning to speak to my grandmother in her native language! Communication is also easy. I am at Ridgewood Center for rehab for the second time. I am getting the best nursing care. I am getting the best physical therapy. I am getting stronger everyday. I highly recommend Ridgewood Center.
My sister has been in this facility for many years. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and care and the fact that my sister is so well taken care of. They go above and beyond to make sure all my sister’s needs are met. I would recommend this place to all. I have had experienced other places that aesthetically looked impressive but they didn’t come close to taking care of their patients. Ridgewood Center is the Absolute Best.
