Beautiful and very clean facility. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Activities are plentiful and very fun! The food is AMAZING! The residents all report wonderful things!
Terrible location to place your loved ones. Horrible management and staff that do not care other than filling rooms to meet quota. These locations within the new ulm area I wound NOT recommend. Terrible food choices in activities. The rooms are even worse. And management simply does not care. Have seen more people pass away within these facilities in new ulm than at a main care hospice center. Stay away!
