We brought a couch from betta home living Goondiwindi 8 mouths ago it was from ridge way it has now gone faulty and are have issues trying to get it repaired or replaced these guys are pathetic and need to be put in to somebody they won't speak to me yet they will call betta but then no response from both party's. ALL I CAN SAY IS THIS COMPANYS PRODUCTS ARE NOT WORTH THERE MONEY DONT BUY RIDGE WAY CAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT
Purchased a Magic Lounge from Jimboomba Bedding and Furniture on 4 December last year and after 100s of excuses to not deliver he’s now told me “sorry Jenny, I need to pay my shop rent and you will need to wait until I can afford to pay for your order through ridgeway furniture”. Called Ridgeway Furniture and they didn’t even know about it, nor did they care. Dodgy. Have reported to Police as fraud and to the OFT and ACCC and am filing with QCAT.
Great service and friendly staff
I bought a Ridgeway couch from Elegant furniture in Melbourne & unfortunately after 6 months 1 of the staple came out & put a hole in the armrest behind the pocket & after Ridgeway being let down with people coming out to see if the damage could be repaired, Tina took it on herself to sort out my issue. Tina was great with agreeing to replace my electric recliner couch with a new couch, which ended up getting lost in transit but Tina was able to track it down & arrange to have it delivered to my house & have the damaged unit... read more
