Brad is always there the same day to take care of our maintenance issues. We always appreciate his expertise in fixing the problem.
Maintenance (I’m sorry I can’t recall his name in this moment) and he was very polite. He then looked at the problem and realized it would take a little more effort than he thought and then he proceeded to fix the issue. Neither of us could have said how it occurred but when he left the door was hanging properly the way it was supposed to.
