Emily at ridgeline physio is amazing. Incredibly knowledgeable, professional and had been very adept at treating my recovery needs. She builds a comprehensive recovery and rehabilitation plan that Includes at home or in the gym progression. I’ve dealt with vertigo off and on in the past, and since November I’d been experiencing some slight dizziness when rolling over in bed or in a fitness class. I have had to see Emily for a concussion and a knee injury. Both times the experience has been incredible, professional and fun. Would highly recommend and I have sent many friends their way already.
I had a great experience at Ridgeline Physio with Emily. I snuck into a last minute early morning appointment as I badly strained my neck and couldn't move, sleep without pain or ski. Within a 4 week treatment schedule I was able to gain full movement back and am now pain free. Emily provided me with lots of hands on treatment and at home exercises to keep me healing. I would highly recommend Ridgeline Physio to anyone seeking treatment in Fernie and the surrounding area!
