I frequent a bunch of bike shops in the area, but if I have a very technical problem with my bike I go here. The mechanic there is AMAZING, and makes my bike purr. I'd highly recommend for any repairs, tune ups, etc, particular for those of us who have bike that we treat like family members.
Working with Paul over the phone and across the state. Has been considerate and motivated to help me. Facilitating a proprietary pivot frame component. Fist of 4 separate avenues to be able to act on my behalf. Much appreciated! Fantastic speaking with Paul having the knowledge and a good response time with results.

Went in two days in a row and the service I’ve had over here has been phenomenal! I work in the retail industry and it was awesome meeting Joe and Gordon who were more than friendly towards me. I ended up buying a used bike rather than one from them and they didn’t treat me any different when I dropped it off for a tune up. Got new saddle mounted in 5 minutes and was charged only $5! Joe was friendly and store is clean and welcoming! Pleasantly surprised and will be back!
