Just bought 2 new e-bikes from Ridgeline and couldn’t be happier. Paul, the owner, is a personable hands on guy who treated us so well. Levi, the young man who also helped with the sale was also great. In this day of diminishing customer service this experience was reaffirming. We were able to test ride, Paul personally delivered the new bikes to us and gave us a fair price on a trade in of our regular bikes. If you’re in the market for a new e-bike I highly recommend Ridgeline
I took my Jupiter electric bike here to have a rear flat tire repaired. Normally, I'd repaired flat tires in the past, but since it is my first ebike, and I'm unfamiliar with ebikes, I'd decided to have a bike shop repair the tire. Also, I'm disabled, and virtually any excessive physical activity is difficult. A mechanic repaired the tire, and I rode away.
