I recently joined Ridgedale Federal Credit Union. My experience with Rose, Dolly & Marjorie, was beyond what I have ever experienced, regarding the customer service that they provided me with!!! They were ALL Very PLEASANT, PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE and HELPFUL!!! I will be recommending Ridgedale FCU to all of my family & friends!!! Their service is 2nd to NONE!!! Respectfully, - Ron Martin
IMPORTANT NOTE: Money in an account is subject to high fees. When asked about the remaining balance, I was told it was drained to zero, there “wasn’t much money in there anyway”, and nothing can be done. Please use caution!
Had a great experience working with Rosie Concepcion on my HELOC! She was super helpful, easy to talk to, and made the whole process way less stressful. Really appreciate her guidance and would definitely recommend her!
