Let me tell you about Holly, she's amazing. She's like a hypnotherapist fairy godmother. When I first started my therapy with her I couldn't stand up for myself. Now I'm doing it without getting anxious.
Taking the recommendation from a friend to see Holly, after only 4 weeks with her has been a life changing experience. She has helped me with issues I've dealt with for over a decade, she is extremely kind and compassionate - you know she genuinely wants you to succeed! I would recommend absolutely anyone dealing with trauma, mental health issues, or just needing guidance in attacking and achieving your goals to her.
I would highly recommend Holly for smoke cessation. I have been smoking for over 50 years and tried numerous times to quit. This time took and after only six weeks I am sure I won't start again. The main difference this time was Holly! The hypnotism seems to help but mainly she was a great "counselor", coach and cheerleader. She gave me relevant facts in a way that I could internalize easily and that stuck with me. I am extremely grateful to her for her help!
