Interesting... reading other reviews..the roommate has to tell the family what happens to their loved one just like my Dads did. He was our Angel looking out for my Dad. Where do I begin. My Dad was sent here for respite care. The day he arrived on Tuesday I went to see Dad after work. Found he was not given dinner. He had asked for cold water several times and never got it. Very nice building, staff was very friendly and helpful. They took excellent care of our hospice patients! Highly recommend. Special kudos to Jennifer ADM, Kieona SW and the BOM Tresea.
I have lived here at Ridgecrest for almost 4 years and they take care of this old onery man very well. I would rather be home, but I need the care they give me daily and this id my home now. The staff takes care of me and every resident very well and makes us feel like family. So, if they can take care of this old cantankerous grumpy man this good, they can definitely take care of anyone!
