My Mom is celebrating her second year at Ridgecrest. The compassionate staff comforts her like their own family member. They give us peace of mind leaving her in their care.
We have been blown away by the excellent care my aunt has received since moving into Ridgecrest. We have not encountered a single caregiver that has been unpleasant. Everyone has gone out of their way to help her feel at home and comfortable. The administrator is accessible, very kind and helpful. A close family friend stayed at Ridgecrest Healthcare and Rehabilitation for therapy, and we were very impressed with the care they received. The therapy team worked hard with them every day and helped them regain strength and mobility. The therapists were encouraging and supportive, and you could really see the progress being made. We’re so thankful for the care they received there.
Ridgecrest Rehabilitation has helpful staff members. My mom was there for about two months after suffering a broken hip and pelvis. They helped her to get on and stay on the road to recovery. They were renovating the building when she first was admitted there and now their rooms are gorgeous with beautiful flooring. My mom always said that they made sure that she was clean and her pain was managed.
Our mother loves Ridgecrest and the nurses/staff that take care of her. Thank you.
