Gary Ridge has been doing my taxes for 19 years. He is always very thorough, knows the tax laws inside and out and does a fantastic job. Hard to get a hold of sometimes, yes, but when he's doing something as important as my (or anyone's) taxes - I'd rather he concentrate on them and not answer the phone every time it rings. He has other staff that are there to answer the phone...just not for as long as the hours he puts in. I recommend him to people quite often.
Very good and professional never had any problems hard to contact by phone. Because they stay booked Gary&Heather are great
