I had an amazing experience with Ridge street Diagnostics! The entire inspection process was incredibly fast, taking less than 10 minutes. The staff was professional, friendly, and thorough, making sure my car met all the necessary requirements without any unnecessary delays. Will definitely return for future inspections!
I had a battery die in the parking lot at the nearby Chipotle. The representatives I spoke to were very understanding and were able to help me. The battery I got was a bit expensive, but the mechanic I spoke to did offer and attempt to get a cheaper one brought in when I expressed that view. I ended up buying the battery recommended to me and it's been working great!
Fit me in for an inspection at 4:30 on a Friday last minute. Super friendly staff; quick, thorough, and professional.
