This place is chaos !! The way they have the registers set up self checkout confusing to the elderly it's just bad business Plus one of the employees called me a derogatory word ( a hole) on my way out I heard her under her breath and I don't think that the manager did a thing about it The worst Kohl's i have ever been in !!
