The drivers are great! Let me say that. I have found the call center to be VERY rude at times. And leaving an hour before my appointment and waiting over an hour to be picked up is a hassle. Last time it was 45 minutes after I told them I would be ready ( the scheduler did this) after hours for the establishment it was 90+ degree outside I would have had to wait outside if one of the employees hadn't had to stay late.This is not unusually.

I am EXTREMELY UPSET with the RideSource program! I am a first time mom to a 6 month old and depend on the bus in order to get around town and was excited to find out I could get RS for him instead. Well TODAY (1/7) I had a scheduled pick up for my son's doctor's appointment and my cab was never sent! I hate the fact that they can never keep anything in order in their office and on top of that they go through OR Taxi which has the worst service and I have been treated very poorly by them. I highly recommend reducers for its excellent personnel and service. The drivers are compassionate and safety conscious; the call center staff are professional and helpful.
