I went to exchange the tyre tube because we didn’t need that anymore. It took me just a minute to do that. Highly impressed with the costumer service. The staff were very understanding and helpful so that I didn’t have to explain my situation so much.

Very happy with the friendly and professional service. I sheared a rear suspension pivot bolt off my 2013 Giant Anthem at Stromlo last month. Could not find a replacement anywhere in Canberra and online was a challenge to source. Rideshop went out of their way to source a replacement for me and got me back on the trail.
Such an awesome experience with Ride Shop. They were informed, helpful, and so down to earth. Helped me order my first pair of cleats and weren't stressed about having to reorder if they didn't fit. Once they came in, he installed my new pedals and he even helped me learn how to click-in-and-out out the back of the shop, without rushing me to get it right. Left feeling confident and so happy with their service. Obviously a family business and so well done. Thanks, team! I will be back.
