Very friendly staff and very helpful .
My visit was absolutely amazing because of Will! I initially came to get Pannier bags ($99 for 2) and a phone holder (about $40); when I noticed the bags didn’t fit quite right I took it in and Will was incredibly helpful — he explained the different mechanisms, helped tune my bike, and even adjusted my lock mechanism free of charge. It’s a lovely shop with everything you need for biking, and has incredible staff. 10/10.

Staff were beyond helpful (Particularly the two workshop dogs). We were saved by the team with a couple of bike boxes and scraps to get us back to Sydney. If we ever need supplies will be going back
