If there were an option to give a minus rating, I’d happily do that. I honestly expected bad service, but Melbourne ride share somehow managed to go beyond that expectation. I called just to understand their services—turns out even their own staff have no idea what they offer. Quite impressive, actually. This is not an insurance company and do not legally have to pay any claims at all. Be warned!
I have 2 delivery vehicles with MRC and recently had to make a claim for an accident. I just got the car back- repaired without any real issue. This club is an amalgamation of various auto related businesses like mechanics, hire cars, panel shops, and includes the all-important insurance cover. For this reason, the claim process can be a bit slower, but they do offer replacement cars, it's great value for money. In the end, my car was back on the road in less than 1 month.
Attention all hard-working drivers! 20 days ago, my car was stolen while insured under Melbourne Ride Share Club (MRC) Insurance, They don’t answer calls, no one is in their office, and they’re just taking money without providing real support. To all Uber and rideshare drivers, be careful—don’t waste your money they all are just annoying person!
The service is poor and the customer service needs improving. I had to wait for more then 2 Months for my car to be fixed. Very disappointed with their service.
