I have 2 delivery vehicles with MRC and recently had to make a claim for an accident. I just got the car back- repaired without any real issue. This club is an amalgamation of various auto related businesses like mechanics, hire cars, panel shops, and includes the all-important insurance cover. For this reason, the claim process can be a bit slower, but they do offer replacement cars, it's great value for money. In the end, my car was back on the road in less than 1 month.
Attention all hard-working drivers! 20 days ago, my car was stolen while insured under Melbourne Ride Share Club (MRC) Insurance, They don’t answer calls, no one is in their office, and they’re just taking money without providing real support. To all Uber and rideshare drivers, be careful—don’t waste your money they all are just annoying person!
The service is poor and the customer service needs improving. I had to wait for more then 2 Months for my car to be fixed. Very disappointed with their service.
I had my car insured with this company and unfortunately discovered they are not a legitimate insurer themselves. After extensive investigation and speaking with consumer law representatives, I found out they operate under another company and are simply underwritten by a separate insurance provider. Years of premiums paid felt completely wasted. When it came time to claim, they didn’t give it . I’ve since filed a complaint with ASIC to ensure proper action is taken. Very bad service don't go with this insurance. Take very long on claim .don't not recommend.more then 1 and half months i waiting for drop my car at machine
