I have never experienced customer service like this. I was paying over $700 per week to rent a vehicle, yet when I experienced a complete tire failure, there was no spare tire, no after-hours support, and no one available to help. I later learned I was expected to contact roadside assistance, but without a spare tire, that accomplished nothing unless I was prepared to pay out of pocket for a tire on a vehicle I do not own. Zero Stars. Customer service is terrible. No common sense. Customer representatives have zero critical thinking skills. My vehicle was do service so I came in but was told to come back in a couple of hours. Came back got oil change so I asked them “Does anything else need to be done?” Nope you’re good. Contract was due at the end of the week but nope nothing needs done. Billing department is as useless. Go elsewhere so you don’t get money taken that you work for. Tolls all on you. Do not use this company they are a scam. Poor customer support no body know anything when you call up there it call somebody else but you who I’m paying. Just overall trash experience warning DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH this company you will regret it in the end .
