I never got a ride from this company.i was on my way to work driving from vestal where I live to industrial drive 2 weekends ago.im in the fast lane doing 20 miles over the speed limit and I look in my rear view mirror and all I see is a windshield and a driver.this white van was dangerously close to me I tapped my brakes but he still kept up with his aggressive driving.for at least 5 miles.i was not giving up the lane to a moron..I kept seeing him give hand gestures.i only wish there was police near by.anywaY he finally wen... read more

I love this company so much, they do what they are supposed to do and most of the times they do it on time. The staff are very efficient and respectful as they should be. 10/10 customer service

I would like to start by mentioning the inherent bias; I work for this company. They are amazing employers. All of the drivers are amazing people to work with and have amazing attitudes. I have worked for a few medi-trans companies but have heard the best things about this one. More people than I can count go out of their way to request Rides4U. I hear about clean vehicles, timely drivers, and friendly staff every single day. I would have my family members ride with this company!
