We loved our tour. Our Guide did a great job figuring out what tour made sense given our skill level, and adjusted the route accordingly. The equipment worked well. No one's fault, but we did experience a little mishap, and discovered that having a guide who is a former fireman carrying a first aid kit was useful. For the amount of fun we had.....super good value.
Luke helped me today. He is very helpful and professional. I highly recommend his shop.

We've done a few ebike tours, but this one might be our favorite. It covered a great mix of cool places in Flagstaff: The downtown area, Buffalo Park, and the NAU campus. Nels, our tour guide, was fantastic! Super friendly and knowledgeable about all things Flagstaff. And concluding the tour with beers at Mountaintop Taproom was awesome!
Came up with a friend to see my Lumberjack daughter and wanted to do something outdoors! I have a bad knee so hiking is out of the question but biking doesn’t bother it, so we decided that renting e-bikes would be something fun and new to all 3 of us! When we arrived at the store, Luke was there and greeted us with a smile and was so helpful answering our questions!
