Got my bike here about 3 weeks ago from Luke and it was a horrible experience. They advertise as a bicycle shop with some inventory in house, but won't let you purchase any of the bikes on the floor as they're only "test models," but have a price tag on them. You have to order one online to ship to the store and they charge you an additional $100 to "build" the bike and tune it. Fabulous ride! There were three of us girls. Nels was our guide. We left the bike shop and he took us on a 12 mile loop of Flagstaff. Lots of history and interesting facts. We did the 10am ride and it was perfect. We had so much fun!!! 5 stars! I highly recommend.
