We just got our first Macfox from Rides n Motion. Definitely wont be our last. They have excellent customer service and can order any bike you'd need. Their product knowledge is unmatched and had our bike assembled the next day. They have a wide selection of bikes and helpful staff. Thanks Rides n Motion
If I could give a negative rating, I would. Stay far away. We came in to purchase a specific model of electric bike, but the staff strongly pushed us to buy a different model, claiming it was better. On top of that, they convinced us to buy two bikes, saying the second one was "half off." But when it came time to pay, the price of the first bike mysteriously jumped by $400.
