If I could give a negative rating, I would. Stay far away. We came in to purchase a specific model of electric bike, but the staff strongly pushed us to buy a different model, claiming it was better. On top of that, they convinced us to buy two bikes, saying the second one was "half off." But when it came time to pay, the price of the first bike mysteriously jumped by $400.
