Great staff! Stopped in on a ride from Lacey today because my headset came loose. My emergency kit didn't have the right size star and hex wrenches to fix my headset so the owner helped me get everything tightened up and didn't ask for a dime (gave him $20 anyhow). Super grateful for people and businesses like this!
I had such a great experience purchasing an e-bike from here. The owner was super friendly and helpful. I was expecting to spend more money but it ended up being much cheaper than I thought it would be. I’m excited to ride my awesome new bike.
I went in to have my bike looked at. I have a child seat on the back and the pole that my bike seat sits on was too short for my seat to stay on and I couldnt figure it out. The solution was so simple I felt a little dumb but he was so kind and didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing how to extend the pole up. Just a simple latch adjustment. Anyways he saved me a headache and now I'm a bit wiser. Excellent customer service 😊
