I have a Trek bike. Brought to this shop to check the gears slipping. Had it fixed quick and very affordable. Also found the rear bearing has no grease. Very thorough. Test rides have shown perfection. I have been in a couple times shopping around. I will be back for another bike. This place is amazing.
Phenomenal customer service with quality bikes at extremely competitive prices. Don’t buy until you try this guy! I bought one and dropped one off for repair.
Rides Bike & Board owner Dylan bent over backwards to accommodate our bike rentals for our vacation rides on the Yelm-Tenino and Chehalis Western trails while in town for two days! Very friendly service and the bikes were in great condition. It is a small shop and the only one in town, so be sure to call ahead if you need to rent. On Saturday morning, the 28th of June, I was airing up my gravel bike for a long ride but my pump wouldn't inflate, it deflated tire and I feared that the presta valve was broken. I loaded it up into the back of my vehicle and took it to Rides Bike and Board, the shop owner was setting out his open sign and helped me unload my bike, he aired it up and gave me a new valve cap. For free. I did purchase a new bike pump but his kindness was very much appreciated! I was in and out of the shop in lest than 10 minutes!
