This place - I am speaking directly on Arbor Ridge- HORRIBLE. HORRIBLE. The staff does not communicate with each other, the neglect their patients and seem really uncaring. My godmother pressed the call button to use the restroom, they didn’t come for a whole hour. I had to go in the hall and ask for assistance and another 35 minutes later someone comes. They hired a bunch of people who has very strong accents and the patients can’t understand them and while they can’t help their accent, it comes across rude and uncaring. Th... read more
