Walked in needing a derailleur alignment that turned into much more - bike was out of wack since new - my amateur adjustments made it worse - apparently some damage in shipping - Rob took my bike right away - trued everything up - inspected everything- it has never performed this good and the price was great - Rob was very professional- I will not take my bikes anywhere else!!
Every shop I asked about a bent front rim told me I'd need to spend $100+ and buy their brand of rim to it. This shop is the only one that mentioned they do work on rims/spokes, which says a lot about everything else they do.
What do you say when a shop always comes through for you, regardless of who you are working with, regardless of which bike you bring them, regardless of what ridiculous request you might have? What do you say when the work is always done perfectly, the people are always nice, never judgmental; and everything gets done overnight or faster?
