Great service. We flew in the night before from Sydney and had an urgent issue to fix a chain/derailleur so we could drive to the west coast and ride the Heaphy the next day. Exceptionally helpful and accommodating as well as having expertise as the problem was not straight forward. Can't thank you enough .
Fantastic service from Nigel, helped sort out pickup out of hours for our full day hire. The Orange bikes we had were fantastic, plush suspension, and awesome braking. Highly recommend if renting in Nelson.

Great service! I highly recommend anyone looking for a bike other than a road bike to check out this shop. Nigel is super helpful. Even though he primarily sells mountain bikes, he also has some gravel and commuter bikes. Nigel provided very good recommendations outside of the stock. I went there to ship a bike, which was very easy and fast. When I asked about buying a hybrid bike, Nigel came up with excellent options that I hadn’t considered before.
