Danny is an unsafe and unprofessional driver. He failed to clearly communicate an important mid-trip bus change, which caused a serious issue for me. I boarded the bus from Regina to Sherwood Park, and we stopped in Saskatoon for a 30-minute break. I specifically asked the driver how long the break would be, and he told me to return by 11:20 AM. Company has a policy the violates the human rights act. Office guy tried to refuse me access to the bus once realizing I had a service dog with me.
Not clean, coustmer service is not good.
