I often use their services, the buses are always clean, the drivers are pleasant and experienced, they always leave on time without delays, and they deliver safely to other cities.
I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Rider Express. According to their own published policy, I am eligible for a refund, yet after weeks of trying to resolve this, I have received no response. I was initially in contact with a representative (Adil), but all of my follow-up emails over the past two weeks have been ignored.
