Really great experience with Rider Express! I got caught up in the WestJet strike and needed to get from Regina to Edmonton, so I decided to take the bus. I have to say, it was actually a much more pleasurable experience than flying! There was plenty of leg room, a footrest, spacious seats with seat belts, and free Wi-Fi. Even the washroom was clean and surprisingly spacious. I also loved not having to worry about liquids in my bag, going through security lineups, or paying for overpriced airport food. Aunt catched the bus from Saskatoon to Regina for the first time. Bus arrived at 11pm at night, location her ticket stated 2132 broad Street. Mom was there to pick her up no one and no bus in sight. She called my aunt and she said the bus dropped us off but she had no idea where she was. She's 80 years old and unfamiliar with Regina. The website also states new location. Rider Express did it again. They said clearly on their website that the stop was changing on July 21st to 2132 Broad St Regina, and when I got to the new stop there was no one to be seen, no Rider Express banner on the door, nothing except some chairs behind the door for when they actually get kicked out of their current location (I assume for being delinquent on rent).
