Friendly service by the grey haired gentleman at the counter.
Said it was open, wasted money on a uber to get there only for it to be closed. This am I tried calling numerous times no answer, not very reliable but other then that my last ride was okay.
I couldn't give a worse review. I arrived in Edmonton in the dark, as the bus was running late. It was totally dark downtown. I am on oxygen and was getting off the bus and the driver was rushing everyone off the bus. I move a but slow, so I was the last person. I didn't notice she parked far from the curb. I stepped down off the bus and fell forward when my foot slipped off the curb. I smacked my oxygen concentrator off the sidewalk and it stopped working. I also twisted my ankle. Overall, my journey from Regina to Grande Prairie with Rider Express was good. The bus was on time, and the service was generally fine. However, one thing really disappointed me, especially early in the morning. I was traveling with 3 checked bags — 2 free bags and 1 extra bag (paid). The bag weights were: • Bag 1: 26 kg • Bag 2: 26 kg • Bag 3: 17 kg The staff told me that each bag must be exactly under 23 kg, and they did not allow one bag to be heavier even though the total weight was the same. Todays ticket price too high for that uncomfortable service. Small shuttle, heater is not working well, my toes gets numb. I was thinking of a big bus, because this was my first time to experience going to Stoon. Was so excited but unfortunately Rider field the small old shuttle bus. So disappointed for a first time rider. When booking, please indicate what type of bus we are using for the trip. Hoping they used the comfortable bus for long route. Good thing we arrived safely. I prayed a lot.
