I’ve used Rider Express for years and usually have good experiences, but my last trip was concerning. The bus arrived late, and the driver appeared distracted by his phone during the ride, even wearing earbuds and missing passengers trying to speak to him. That alone made the trip feel unsafe. Affordable way to travel with convenient pick up locations around the city, good timing for routes to Edmonton, and drop off in locations with good access to local transit once you get there. Easy to book and pay online. Bus was on time for pick up and drop off.
Great customer service and very punctual
Booked for 6:30 They said to come 15 mint. Prior of departure. People are standing in -22 outside . They showed up at 6:30 am both in office and bus too.
