No respect for the passengers time. Office not opened at correct times. Buses late by an hour but just given a 15 minute delay warning. Not using again.
The company provided an incorrect boarding location, causing me to miss my bus, and I was thoroughly disappointed with their customer service. I will be switching to FlixBus or Canada Bus in the future and will not be using their services again. I had purchased a ticket for the 6:20 PM departure from Calgary Airport to Edmonton. I posted yesterday about no response from any office or the 4 numbers listed to contact prior to even boarding the bus. Boarded the bus today in Fort Mcmurray....drove a fee KM to have bus issues...this happens...but what we're being told is there is no secondary bus to swap in Fort Mcmurray..it will have to come from Edmonton...how does a company who transports people 100s of kilometers...not be be prepared to have a back up...in a place that deals with insanely cold temperatures of up to and over -40 degrees Celsius.
