used to love this service until a driver picked a fight with me after I asked for clarification about the baggage handling process. he told me I had an attitude mocked me in an extremely sexist way in front of a bunch of passengers, antagonized me until I fought back, and then banned me from rider express. his bus number is 34. he was also driving distracted multiple times during our journey which was distressing.
