The bus from London, ON to Toronto was delayed by more than 3 hours. I tried contacting customer service during the delay, waited for 30 minutes on the phone, but no one answered. Given the uncertainty and the impact on my schedule, I had no choice but to book a rideshare immediately to reach my destination.
