Big shout out to Sharon & Kim. We made reservations for a 4:30 bus from Edmonton to Saskatoon that didn't exist. (Ryder's fault.). But Kim did everything within her power to get us on a bus the next day without any problems (plus gave us a $40 credit). In Saskatoon my granddaughter took the wrong suitcase. Absolutely our fault. Again they did everything within their power to find that suitcase and they did within 24 hours. Even the bus driver that had our lost luggage was awesome. Didn't get his name. Very disappointed. This is the third time the charging outlets haven’t worked on the Rider Express bus from Fort McMurray to Edmonton. None of the outlets on the bus were working. If you’re taking this route, bring a portable charger because you may not be able to charge your phone during the trip. I hope this gets fixed.
One of the worst bus experiences ever, bus driver was an hour and fifteen min late, then singles me out as the stoner of the group and makes comments about me smoking weed, like i was just standing there and I was smoking a cigarette smh last time I will ever ride rider express
