It was okay lack of leg space around exit window and not reclining comfortable
Air conditioner broken. They should have changed the bus or offered reimbursement. Is like a can of sardines in here. Noone answers the phone, and their mailbox is full. Worst ride of my entire life.
Got a call at around 9:00pm to tell me that the bus I booked for tomorrow at 5:00pm was cancelled and that my only options were a refund or to reschedule to the bus coming at 12:30 pm. Since I have work that wasn't an option. I've had to cancel my hotel reservation (losing my money since it's less than 24 hours until check-in) because there's no other option. That 5:00pm bus is still on their website stating that it's almost full so I'm sure there's plenty of people who got the same call I did and are now unhappy as well. No... read more
