At time of writing this review i am still travelling in bus to regina. my seat is near to washroom, its smell so bad , so gross , made me sick , asked driver if they have any air freshener but they didn’t , so please carry your own fragrance. 🤢

I am very disappointed with the lack of customer service from Rider Express. According to their own published policy, I am eligible for a refund, yet after weeks of trying to resolve this, I have received no response. I was initially in contact with a representative (Adil), but all of my follow-up emails over the past two weeks have been ignored. This was easy to book. I found the design of the actual ticket looked more, like, and ad from a yellow pages book. The drivers on both buses were nice, very clear, clean and friendly with everyone. The bus trip between golden BC to Calgary. I did not like the bus. Itself was very swoopy, it dipped, quite a bit. Left and right, especially going around corners. I did not like it.
