One of the worst bus experiences ever, bus driver was an hour and fifteen min late, then singles me out as the stoner of the group and makes comments about me smoking weed, like i was just standing there and I was smoking a cigarette smh last time I will ever ride rider express
It was july 8th 2026 at 12:30 am.The bus driver (a woman) was very rude with us and talked to us like we were criminals. I am a mother with a 10 year old girl. My daughter was stuck in the toilet and the bus driver did not want to stop to help her. She was scared and we had an hour left of driving. Luckily, a passenger (an angel) came to help us with a swiss army knife...
Terrible customer experience. As requested, i sent an email to cancel a trip about 26 days prior(policy says there will be a 50% refund if done more than 24 hours before the trip). I sent an email and was told refund will take 2-3 weeks. It has been long over that and still haven't received the refund
