I booked bus from airport Airdrie to Edmonton and I reached the stop half n hour ago and I missed the bus when I called the company they excuse me that we didn't had no stops in Airdrie and no reschedule nothing
My compliments and gratitude to our driver who drove us from grande prairie to the Edmonton area, I was dropped off in spruce grove. Just before Fox Creek I felt the bus shudder slightly. Please do not give this business your time or money. The staff are all extremely rude, the bus driver was rude and was swerving around the road the whole way down, it honestly felt like driving with someone who’s sleeping, on their phone, or drunk and other passengers noticed this as well. I've ridden with Rider Express for the last few months as a means of commuting between Edmonton and Calgary to visit family over the weekends. The pros are that they have a time schedule and they stick to it, there's a good variety of times and stops to pick from and the drivers are great. They're very friendly and helpful people, and I've never had any issues with their driving. Now, the cons: the customer service is nonexistent and there is very little communication with customers. Terrible service, driver was swerving all over road, kept pulling over to climb into luggage compartment saying he’s waiting for bus to cool down. 45 minutes late departure. Police were called, driver taken by ambulance stating medical emergency. Very next day same driver back driving, witnesses stated same issues, driving very slow, swerving, stopping bus to rest in luggage compartment saying he’s. Contacted the company several times times for a full refund, nobody will reply to my request!! DONT USE THIS SERVICE
