As a disabled senior citizen, I'm so grateful for this service. I've learned to allow extra time for transportation understanding that when the drivers are providing services for many elderly and disabled people having unexpected issues along with traffic complications in what was once a small town growing into a metropolis. Good people
Computer system was down so everything had to be done manually and must have been very stressful but still the young lady who answered was helpful, positive, and was great to work with. No company is perfect but the employees for the most part are cheerful and polite. It's usually a good experience.
If you are disabled, you can get a ride fir $3!
