Helped me with an off-grid island install of a new wood-stove. Jim was a lot of fun and provided great service! He even helped my get my boat out of the water, as it was a late in the season job. Would highly recommend!

She submitted a warranty claim with Regency on my behalf and in less than 24 hours called me with the news that Regency was sending out a new motor. Did I mention that Lynne is awesome?
