I brought them my daughter's cell phone with a cracked screen looking for a repair, and they sold me a newer model for less than the repair would have cost. They even cut a new protective screen cover for it (and for my phone, since it's screen cover was starting to deteriorate). As a bonus, they are located just outside the mall instead of inside it, which made them a lot easier to find since maps of malls aren't always very accurate.
