Friendly staff and fun atmosphere!
On August 23rd, I attended the Hard Rock Casino Ottawa after seeing Coldplay advertised on the official website. However, the performance ended up being by an entirely different band. I spent more than $150 on tickets for myself and my companion, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The way the event was promoted felt misleading, and we left feeling let down. Given the price and the false impression created, we had expected a very different show. Because of this, I don’t see myself returning in the future.
I came to the Hard Rock Casino Ottawa on August 23rd expecting to see Coldplay as advertised on their official website. Instead, it turned out to be a completely different band. Tickets cost me and my wife over $150, and the experience was very disappointing. This felt like false advertising and left us feeling misled. For the price we paid, we expected to see the show that was promoted online. Unfortunately, because of this misleading promotion, we won’t be returning.
Great atmosphere. Simon at the Unity Players Club desk was absolutely fantastic and made myself and friends all feel very welcome! Will definitely be coming back.
