7 June 2026 - Husband and I hired 2 fat boy e-bikes when docked in on cruise. George was excellent from the very first contact. Such a smooth arrangement. Bikes were waiting on arrival into Airlie beach cruise terminal and George explained all re bikes. Had a great time exploring Airlie Beach at our own pace! Would highly recommend Ride Whitsunday for any bike hire while in Airlie Beach! Thanks George & Team :)
Great service!! Stayed open after their closing time until I could get there with the bike then went above and beyond to help out with bike! Please support your local bike shop in Cannonvale!
A friend and I hired two mountain bikes to do the Brandy Creek track to Repulse Creek and back. The bikes were great and we had no issues with the hire at all! The lad was so helpful in the shop making sure we both had the correct size and even adding a bottle holder on to the bikes. We had the best day and we'll definitely be doing some more mountain biking in the future, as we loved it! For the ladies reading this, I'd advise wearing some padded shorts to protect your undercarriage
Went in with a messed up bike and left with it looking like new, awesome service.
George and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Dropped off and picked up bikes from our resort and it was really easy. Good quality bikes also.
