George and his team were fantastic to deal with from start to finish. Dropped off and picked up bikes from our resort and it was really easy. Good quality bikes also.

Passing through town and broke my bike on a ride. These guys were excellent to deal with and super reasonable on price. Couldn’t be happier with the place.
Needed a couple of valves, George helped me out and sent them across to Hamilton Island. The post was a little slow but George kept me informed. Great service.
The Crew at Ride Whitsundays booked my bike in for a service at a time that suited for some lunch in Airlie (as i had to travel). Service was great and my bike feels and rides like new. Great customer service is fantastic and great workmanship.
