Veterans is the worst MBTA Ride company. Customer Service is rude extremely disrespectful unable or unwilling to help their customers with problems they are having refuse to put supervisors or managers on the phone to speak to customers
Horrible horrible company. Made me late for appointment, I wasnt able to take part in my appointment due to being late, didnt get a refil on my meds. Also got kicked out for missing appointment. And this is all because veterans felt like being late. Horrible company.
