My Son was ready to part with his Yeti but after the service and repairs carried out he is now in love with this bike again. The customer service and communication was exceptional as was the quality or workmanship. The guys were extremely patient in talking to him about the bike and genuinely cared about giving him the best ride possible.
Popped in here with kids as daughter had a flat tyre on front of dirt scooter on our walk/ride, thinking we had a leaking valve. They kindly helped us with that and 5mins later we had a pumped tyre and a very happy little girl! They did this and were going to not charge us so we bought a new bell for her bike a patch kit and light for the front and booked in my 2 bikes for a service! A+++ service and kindness!
Got bike back with more issues than it went in with after their apprentice at the time "had a go" - owner claimed theyd call to help fix issues twice, never actually called back.
Fantastic service, helped me out with a flat derailuer to get it charged and on my way to the tour.
Today I took my 12 year old son into ride union Aldgate and was welcomed by 3 lovely guys. I explained my son had recently had a nasty crash and he had the scars to show (broken hand) after reviewing the tyre the guys started giving the bike a once over. Respectfully broke the news to my son and I that the bike was not road worthy and without spending over 1K to get it fixed it was too dangerous to ride.
