Got bike back with more issues than it went in with after their apprentice at the time "had a go" - owner claimed theyd call to help fix issues twice, never actually called back.
Fantastic service, helped me out with a flat derailuer to get it charged and on my way to the tour.
Today I took my 12 year old son into ride union Aldgate and was welcomed by 3 lovely guys. I explained my son had recently had a nasty crash and he had the scars to show (broken hand) after reviewing the tyre the guys started giving the bike a once over. Respectfully broke the news to my son and I that the bike was not road worthy and without spending over 1K to get it fixed it was too dangerous to ride. Excellent pre & post sales support from Jack and Roger at Ride Union, buying a new eMTB. Highly recommend speaking to these guys, to get great advice and products/services.
Phoned shop and spoke with owner in relation to my ebike battery not charging. I explained it was a new battery with only three charges under its belt. The charger was also less that two years old. Asked if I could bring it down and maybe try another charger to see if it was a battery or charger problem. He said yes as it should be a quick and easy.
