Have bought two Velotric ebikes through them. Their support has been excellent and their enthusiasm is infectious. Highly recommended!
Jesus and Alejandra were very knowledgeable and helpful as we navigated the selection, shipping and troubleshooting of a pair of two Ebikes. We had some difficulty with the shipping and quality control of our bikes, but they worked hard to advocate for us with the bicycle companies and helped to resolve everything. I would recommend their business to everyone interested in their product/service line.
Great experience from start to end. Reasonably priced with excellent choice of bikes. It’s a mortar and bricks shop - not a storage locker. They have Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Location gets you on the loop in a minute without having to ride on public streets. Connie from Edmonton
We had a great experience with Ride Tucson. The bikes were of high quality and well maintained. They made the return process easy even though no one was physically at the store. We will be renting from Ride Tucson again when we return next year.
