I'm going to be honest its a lot better than I was expecting after seeing some reviews. Great Communication and sent my bike within 3 days of ordering. Was rather impressed considering that theres been a few negative reviews left. Used "AirRoad" whom ive never heard of but seem to have quite good reviews. Looking forward to receiving the bike. My only feedback for improvement would be shipping it out faster but given some people have allegedly waited weeks I am quite happy.
Don't order anything from this place! placed an order a month ago, had to chase it up half a dozen times (turns out they never even sent it) They finally sent my parts with the dodgiest courier company that I didn't even know existed, who just left a collection card with no pickup location left in my mailbox. Hopefully my credit card company can get my money back....
Picked up my new Sunn MTB a couple of weeks ago, the team were very knowledgeable and I'm very happy with the bike so far.
Thanks guys got my bikes today absolutely stoked can't wait for a ride tomorrow can't recommend u guys enough happy boys👌🤙
