Been seeing Mick for 5 years. He's a super down to earth guy who honestly wants to help his community and is passionate about bikes and biking. I've never had any problems with him, he always makes sure to give each customer the time they need and builds proper rapport with everyone. He's an absolute legend here and deserves every bit of praise he gets.
My e bike needed a new tube and Mick provided excellent service with this. His “can do” attitude and reasonable price ensured that I was quickly back on my bike. Thanks Mick for the fishing tips too!

Unbelievable service! Just like bike shops used to be, and in this case still are! I was after a really obscure part, I contacted them based on a possible "lead" from the Trek website and Mick then went above and beyond. He searched for it, found it, and then $25 and 2 days later it had arrived at my front door, the final missing part in my build sorted. I just wish it was my local bike store. THANK YOU!!!
