I couldn't believe the care and effort Mick and Tyson put in trying to work out the problem with my rear wheel. The cause of the problem wasn't obvious and was missed by another shop years ago. I turned up unannounced, they got to work straight away, and fixed it! I was so impressed by Ride South Coast, that I decided to give them my old Stumpy to refresh. We purchased a new bike for our daughter from Ride Ulladulla. The staff there are great. Mick especially. He took so much time helping us get the best bike for our 9-year-old. He spent time with our daughter assuring she was confident with the new bike. Never once rushing her. Explaining everything to her and even letting her test it out in the shop! Cheers again guys for a great effort on an investment that will last our daughter many years. Hannah and James.
Mick, Deua and Tyson were all very helpful, they gave my an honest answer to what I needed to fix my bike. They didn't try to sell me the top of the line parts, just the level I needed to suit my riding ability. Very happy with the result and price :)
