We had a fantastic two-day cycling adventure thanks to Paul and RRS team ! We rented two full suspension mountain bikes, which are really necessary for the challenging terrain, and got lots of tips about which tour to do. The bikes were in really good condition! On the second day, Paul himself took us into the woods. It was a truly wonderful experience! He gave us tips on our technique and took us on trails that were suitable for our level. we had a wheel issue during my trip when several spokes suddenly came loose. I stopped by Ride Rotorua and they told me I was lucky they had a slot available that day. The mechanic removed the tire, put the wheel on a proper truing stand and did a very precise job. Gave a small tip in a quick chat. The wheel has been solid ever since. Really professional mechanics and a great shop.
Super friendly, knowledgeable staff. New to the area, we got all the help we needed to get an overview of the trails. Also picked up some great riding shorts. Highly recommend!
