Paul and the team look after my bike regularly. They have a great service team! If you’re looking to demo a yeti or trek this is the place to visit! Have hired both bikes from this shop and had a great time!
The Team at Ride Rotorua are on another level, As someone getting back into the sport they have been amazing, the service and support from every member of the team is just phenominal, could not recomend them more !!!! PS - the bike is going great, especially with its pink pedals

We had the best experience with Nicola! The bikes were in top-notch shape. We asked to swap the saddles which was done quickly and without any questions. Nicola also gave great recommendations on what trails to ride based on the type of riding we do. We loved the place so much that we rented the bikes for three days! Would highly recommend to rent the bikes here if your looking to hit some black trails in the park!
