Purchased a new bike on sale. The salesman lied to us, telling us the pedals that came with the bike would last. The following weekend, the pedal cracked. We called the store, and they told us that the pedals were "free" demo pedals, and we should not have expected them to last under trail conditions. I was looking for the closest bike shop to my work, so I found this place. It's a bit tucked away so I had never seen it before. I saw reviews that said they were a great group of people. After having my bike serviced there a couple times I agree. They are really nice and intelligent. They are willing to offer advice and help you with anything on the bikes.
