Literally a life saver. They are so professional and always have excellent customer service. It feels more like family than business. They always ensure your comfortability and I know I am in good hands with this rental company! Inexpensive too, I definitely will be back!
She sucks with answering the phone like hire someone just for the phones, its as if she pick and choose what numbers she answer for.
The service was great. I’ve gotten rentals twice now from this establishment and both cars were well working cars no issues the 150 deposit if having your paystub is very convenient and I will absolutely continue to get my rental cars from this establishment.
From the first call to the final goodbye, the experience was wonderful! For a single mother going through a majorly stressful situation and not being able to get a rental through the big name places, this was a blessing to find this company. If I could leave NO STARS I WOULD!!!! We have been without a car for 3 weeks and this is the worse company to rent from… you can not even drive the car to neighboring cities. They will cut the car off without notifying you( it was snow storm we could not start the vehicle to make it to the bank) while having our infant with us in the snow. and they are so unprofessional they wanted us to cashapp them but, we had no choice being stuck in the snow with a infant without warning!!!
