I've had such a nice experience while in store today, I'm speechless! I was looking for a few accessories for my bike and had a low budget to spend. They made sure I got everything I needed (even a freebie!) while listening carefully to my demands. I genuinely left the store with a warm heart. He took his time to listen to us and our specific needs in a bike, then helped us decide on the right bike that would suit us best.
