I had a really great experience at Ride n Roll. I came in thinking there was something wrong with my e-bike battery, even though they don’t usually do repairs. Still, the staff member kindly took the time to check it for me. He was very attentive and quickly figured out that there was actually no problem, it was just a mistake in how I had placed the battery. I hope the bikes are better then the service. Literally walked in with my son to buy a bike today. Over 20 mins not even a hello or any acknowledgement! For a tiny store thats pretty poor. Clearly dont need the sale
